“NOTICE OF LIQUIDATION AND PROOF OF CLAIM FILING DEADLINE”
The 201st Judicial District Court, Travis County, Texas has placed Texas Cardiovascular Consultants, P.A., (“TCC”) in receivership and appointed Jennifer Ramsey the Receiver. The Receiver has been directed to wind up the business of TCC, liquidate its assets and make distributions in accordance with the law and the orders of the Court. This receivership could affect your legal rights.
The Court has established a procedure governing how parties with claims against TCC must present them to the Receiver. Claims must be submitted on an approved form and delivered to the office of the Receiver, not later than 5:00 p.m. CST on July 9, 2010. A proof of claim form and additional information regarding the process for filing may be found HERE. To protect your legal rights, you need to read this information and follow the instructions. A failure to do so could result in your ineligibility to participate in future distributions.
In addition, the Court has directed the Receiver to maintain a list of persons who would like to receive service of all papers filed with the Court. If you would like to be included on the service list, please send a written request to the Receiver at the address below. You do not need to be added to the service list in order for your claim to be considered. Additional information about the status of the receivership and proposed actions will also be posted on the website from time to time.
