Account Specialist

Currently we are located in Downtown Austin, but we are planning to move sometime during the next couple of months to North Austin near Mo-Pac and Parmer.
Summary: The role of the Account Specialist is to maintain an assigned group (payor) of accounts both large and small by corresponding with patients and insurance companies. These duties, once completed in a timely manner, contribute to the overall process of the Collections Department.
