top ↑ Do you take my insurance?Texas Cardiovascular strives to accept every patient and payer source. A listing of the insurances we currently contract with is available by clicking on the "Insurance" tab above. However, you should always check and verify the information with your insurance carrier.
top ↑ Does insurance cover my procedure?Certain procedures may require a referral or prior authorization. Our business office will file claims for you, however financial responsibility for obtaining the referral remains with the patient. We encourage you to read your policy carefully and ask your workplace benefits representative or your insurance carrier regarding specific coverage.
top ↑ Where are your offices located?Texas Cardiovascular has six convenient locations to serve you. Please refer to the maps located on the "Contact" tab above to determine which location will best serve your needs.
top ↑ Which office is my physician located?Many of our physicians serve more than one office. Please click on the Physicians page, find your physician from the menu on the left, and click to find the office or offices he or she serves.
top ↑ When can I expect my test results?If you have a diagnostic test at Texas Cardiovascular, your primary care physician or our staff will notify you within 7 to 10 days.
top ↑ What do I do to prepare for my appointment?If this is your first appointment at Texas Cardiovascular, you can print and fill out your forms ahead of time by clicking on the "Forms" tab above. Please arrange for your primary care physician to send over medical records.
